  I had a phone on a plan which had an intermittent fault around the 1 yr old mark. I went back to see the team there and they patiently ran diagnostic tests, all while a long queue of stony faced retirees bored holes in them with piercing eyes as punishment for not moving faster. They remained focused on each customer at the front of the line 100%, whether it was me or not - which is really hard to do and actually great customer service under pressure. It took 3 visits (due to Telstra policy to try and refresh/repair phones before replacing) but I was eventually issued a new phone and Codie and the team were pleasant, respectful and focussed each time and I was made to feel like a human not a problem. Actually a pleasure to deal with (after years of swearing off even being a Telstra customer and being forced back due to inadequate mobile reception from anyone else that is a big thing for me to say) so thanks for restoring my faith Telstra Ulladulla!

  As any other Telstra shop. Nice staff but only one person attending at 16:30 Thursday, had to leave after waiting for more than half hour...
